Life is like a dance between various activities and experiences. I am Tadas Vasiliauskas, a person whose passion and profession merge into a unique harmony: by day, I am a programmer, and by evening, my heart is taken over by dance. Science, music, and nature are the three cornerstones that have shaped my life path and given it meaning. Although the world of technology and the arts differ like day and night, both activities complement each other. Nature, with all its life and tranquility, becomes my resting port, where I draw energy and inspiration for new challenges.

How would you introduce yourself, who is Tadas?

I am quite a versatile person; I am a professional dancer and work as a programmer. I like to say "programmer by day, dancer by night." In the past, I studied physics and played music for a long time. I enjoy learning new things and trying out different roles in my life.

How does nature inspire your creative projects?

Since both activities are completely unrelated to nature, nature is my place of rest and source of strength.

What place in nature do you consider your special resting spot?

A place full of life, with plenty of vegetation, a water body, and of course, a beautiful panorama. It is this life that restores my energy.

How does your connection with nature reflect in your daily routine?

I end every workday with a long walk and relaxation, and on weekends, I try to spend longer periods of time in nature.

What natural spots in Lithuania would you recommend visiting?

Neringa! I keep discovering new places in Neringa, and each one is more beautiful and cozy than the last. The mounds of Kernavė are also very beautiful; they have a certain mystical quality to them.

What nature sounds or sights bring you the most peace?

Water and fire. Both a river and the sea soothe me with their flowing or roaring sounds and their sights. I could also watch fire forever, and the crackling of a campfire truly brings peace.

What is your favorite plant?

I have loved cacti since childhood; I used to have almost a hundred of them at once. Now, I really appreciate trees, especially mature ones. They seem so majestic, and I would say I don't just like them, but I feel a certain respect for them.

You have a rich connection with nature. So I'm curious, what does time spent with your family in nature mean to you? How do you spend it?

Time in nature usually means the best rest. My wife and I enjoy renting little houses that blend into nature or going to a countryside cottage. We then enjoy nature, walk, swim, admire the panorama, and cook food by the campfire.

What inspired you the most about Konga Stay, and what would you like to repeat?

The peace and privacy, as well as the full embrace of nature, inspired me the most. I really enjoyed falling asleep with large windows, feeling like I was sleeping under the open sky, yet in a comfortable bed. I would also repeat the cozy moments by the campfire again and again.
