GENERAL RULES.

Arrival from 15:00. When arriving, bring as few things as possible. Less is more. Experience your days in Bedugnė differently.
Departure Until 12:00 PM. If we do not have a reservation for the next day, we allow guests to stay until the evening. Otherwise, 3 hours are needed for Nijolė, who takes care of the cabin, to change the bedding, perform cleaning tasks, and prepare the surroundings for new visitors.
Age. Only adults are allowed to stay. Either alone or as a couple.
Inviting friends are not allowed in the cabin. Visit them yourself.
Arrive with pet is not allowed, unless it’s a golden fish. Through the windows, you can often see hedgehogs, deer, or foxes. Enjoy the local companionship.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, even if it’s an electronic cigarette.
Take care of yourself the cabin, and nature. If you notice any damages or issues in the cabin, please inform us immediately.
Make a fire only in designated areas. There is a fire pit outdoors.
Swimming in the water body is allowed, as well as fishing.
Walks. The nature in Bedugnė is wild and natural. In the forest you can walk wherever you like, just be sure to take navigation so you can find your way back.
All neighbors – warm and friendly people. If you meet them, feel free to greet.

RESERVATION PROCESS:

Reservations are made directly through our website. The reservation must be personal, including your details and those of the accompanying person. If you wish to gift a visit, a gift voucher should be purchased.
By paying for the reservation, you confirm that you are of legal age, have read, and agree to our internal rules and regulations.
By making a reservation, you agree that your personal data will be used to process the reservation procedure.
Reservations are non-refundable. If notified in advance, other people may come in your place, provided they are familiar with the Konga Stay Bedugnė house rules.
If you want to change reservation date, contact us on email: Adrijus@kongastay.comIf the change is made at least 10 calendar days in advance, it is possible to modify the reservation dates. A code will be provided, which can be used within a 3-month period to apply the paid amount to another booking. If less than 10 calendar days remain, the change is not possible.
Gift voucher amount can be used for Konga Stay Bedugnė services within 1 year from the purchase. The unused voucher amount is non-refundable. Once the voucher code is entered to make a reservation, the voucher becomes invalid.

RESPONSIBILITY:

If guests injure themselves or damage their property by violating safety, fire safety, and internal regulations, the service provider is not responsible for this.
Guests are responsible for any accidents that may occur within the Konga Stay Bedugnė premises or outside its boundaries.
Guests of Konga Stay are financially responsible for any movable or immovable property damaged, destroyed, or stolen within the Konga Stay Bedugnė cabin or its premises.
